Algeria signs George Leekens as new manager
Thursday, Algeria announced that they have signed George Leekens as new manager following the sacking of Milovan Rajevac.
After just three months as Algeria manager, Serbian Milovan Rajevac was fired, but now the North African nation has found his replacement.
Thursday, Algeria announced that they have signed Belgian George Leekens as new manager.
George Leekens recently resigned from Lokeren and has more than 30 years of experience. The 67-year-old Belgian manager has among others been the manager in club such as Anderlecht, Club Brugge, Mechelen, Lokeren and Gent. He has also been the manager for Belgium, Tunesia as well as Algeria for a short period.
