Armenia signs Artur Petrosyan as new manager
Varuzhan Sukiasyan recently resigned as Armenia manager due to the lack of results in the World Cup Qualifier. Wednesday, the Armenian football federation appointed Artur Petrosyan his successor.
Armenia has had a poor start to the World Cup Qualifier and as a consequence of that, Armenia manager Varuzhan Sukiasyan recently resigned effective immediately.
Wednesday, the Armenian football federation announced that Artur Petrosyan has been appointed new Armenia manager effective immediately. Artur Petrosyan is the former record-holder for most internationals played for Armenia with 69 matches for the nation. The record is, however, been broken by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
