Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayern Munich draw 2-2

Saturday afternoon, Eintracht Frankfurt faced off against Bayern Munich and drew 2-2. Arjen Robben and Joshua Kimmich scored Bayern Munich’s goals, while Szabolcs Huszti and Marco Fabian scored Eintracht Frankfurt’s.

Just ten minutes into the first half, Arjen Robben kicked the ball into goal from an acute angle and sent Bayern Munich in the lead with 0-1.

Shortly after, Eintracht Frankfurt was close to settling the score as Timothy Chandler sent an attempt towards goal, but he missed it. About half an hour into the half, Manuel Neuer was again tested, this time by Alexander Meier, who rose up and headed the ball towards goal, but the keeper saved.

With a few minutes left of the half, Eintracht Frankfurt finally managed to settle the score. Szabolcs Huszti received a long ball, which he sent into goal and settled the score to 1-1, which was also the score at halftime.

In the beginning of the second half, both Arjen Robben and Kingsley Coman had attempt at the goal, but without success.

A few minutes later, Szabolcs Huszti received his second yellow card in the match and was thus given a red and sent off the pitch and Eintracht Frankfurt had to play the remainder of the match, one player down.

Nevertheless, with about ten minutes left of the match, Eintracht Frankfurt managed to settle the score again. Timothy Chandler played his way into the box, where he found Marco Fabian, who kicked the ball into goal and settled the score to 2-2, which was also the final result of the match.

With a draw today, Bayern Munich is still in first place of the Bundesliga with 17 points in seven matches, while Eintracht Frankfurt is in seventh place with 11 points in seven matches.
